Zest Wi-Fi is built and run by Netmo Ltd, a UK managed service provider. A short form or a plain email — both land in the same inbox the team reads: hello@netmo.it. We reply within one working day.
Who answers
You're writing to the people who built it.
Netmo is a managed service provider — running networks and looking after business IT is the day job. Zest Wi-Fi is ours end to end: designed, built and run in house. Ask about the product, pricing, UniFi (Ubiquiti's widely used business Wi-Fi kit — your installer will know) or the GDPR paperwork, and it lands with someone who can answer it properly.
That's also why this page is nothing more than an address and a short form. Email keeps a record at your end and ours — and either way, your message goes straight to the people doing the work. There's a face to the name on the about page.
- Plain-English replies — no scripts, no jargon
- Not on UniFi yet? Ask anyway — advising on kit is what an MSP does all day
- Writing about guest data? It reaches the team that built the record-keeping

The form
Rather type it here? Same inbox.
The form and the address land in exactly the same place — pick whichever suits. Only an email address and a message are needed; the rest just saves a round of questions.
No account, no sign-in, no follow-up sequence. What you send here is read by a person and answered by a person.
Helpful to include
Three lines that speed up the answer.
A one-line email is fine. But if you're writing about a venue, these three save a round of questions.
Your venue
Its name, and what kind of place it is. The advice for a twelve-room hotel isn't the advice for a corner café.
How many sites
Pricing is £20 per site, per month + VAT, so with a number the arithmetic is done before we reply.
Whether you run UniFi
Zest Wi-Fi is built for UniFi networks. If you know what kit you have, say — and if you don't, that's a perfectly good first question.
None of it is compulsory. Start with whatever you have.
For guests
Signed in at a venue?
If your question is about details you left when joining a venue's Wi-Fi, the venue is the data controller — going to them directly is usually quickest. Netmo is the data processor and handles guest data only on the venue's instructions. You're still welcome to email hello@netmo.it and we'll point your request in the right direction; the detail is in our privacy notice.
