The price list is one line long.
Zest Wi-Fi is £20 per site, per month, plus VAT — every feature included, rolling monthly, cancel anytime. Run three venues, pay three twenties. There's nothing else to price up.
The bill
One plan, itemised.
No Starter, no Pro, no add-ons. Every venue gets the whole of Zest — so the bill is really a feature list with a total at the bottom.
If one email fills one table, one time, in a month — you're ahead. That arithmetic is yours to check against your own menu.
- VAT
- £20 is the ex-VAT price. VAT is added on top, as it is with everything else on your books.
- Rolling monthly
- The plan renews a month at a time. Cancel whenever you like — there's no renewal date to keep an eye on.
- Onboarding
- Setup is self-serve: connect your UniFi network and your portal is live — typically within two working days. No setup fee, and Netmo's engineers step in if you get stuck.
- Kit
- Already on UniFi: nothing else to buy. Not on UniFi yet? We'll spec what you'd need and quote it before anything is ordered.
- Several venues
- £20 multiplied by your number of sites. The arithmetic is just below.

What does the £20 include?
Everything Zest does: your branded sign-in page and the designer, instant sign-in that works on any phone, the consent record-keeping, automatic deletion and ‘forget me’ tools, the feed to your marketing tools, team logins with per-venue access, per-site numbers, and Netmo's monitoring and support. There's one version of Zest, and every venue gets it.
Is VAT included?
No — £20 is the ex-VAT price, so budget for £20 plus VAT per site, per month.
Is there a free trial?
No — Zest is £20 from day one. The terms carry the risk instead: it's a rolling month you can cancel anytime, there's no setup fee, and your list leaves with you as a CSV whenever you go.
How do I pay?
By card. The plan bills monthly, rolls month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as a site?
A venue — one pub, one café, one hotel. Each site gets its own portal, sign-in form, policies and guest list, and adds one £20 line to the bill.
How does pricing work across several venues?
It multiplies. Each site is £20 per month and gets the full product, all under one account with per-site permissions. Three sites, £60; five sites, £100.
Can we start with one venue?
Yes, and for a group that's often the sensible way in: one site, £20 + VAT, rolling monthly. Prove it works, then add the rest — each new site is another line, whenever you're ready.
Why is it only £20?
Because the costs are honest: setup is self-serve on kit you already own, there's one version of the product, and it's run by a UK managed service provider that already runs networks for a living — there's no sales team to feed. How do I cancel?
Whenever you like — the plan rolls month to month, and you can cancel at any time. The guest list you've built is yours: export it as CSV whenever you need it.
What happens to my guest data if I cancel?
Export your list as a CSV first — it's yours to keep. After you cancel, the guest records Zest holds for your venue are deleted.
