Terms
The terms, in plain English.
These are the terms Zest Wi-Fi is supplied on, and they fit on one page on purpose. Six numbered entries, no small print hiding behind the small print — if a line here isn't clear, ask us and a person will explain it.

No. 01
The service
Zest Wi-Fi is guest Wi-Fi for hospitality venues: a sign-in portal in your branding, running on your existing UniFi network, and a dashboard holding your guest list, consent records and marketing connections. It's supplied by Netmo Ltd, a UK managed service provider — the full company record is on the about page.
Setup is self-serve: you connect your venue's UniFi network from the dashboard, and most of it is following the guide. If you get stuck, Netmo helps — email hello@netmo.it and you're talking to the people who built it. That isn't an extra; it's the service.
The platform is monitored, with automated alerting — problems announce themselves rather than waiting to be reported. What these terms don't contain is an availability percentage: instead of quoting numbers, we've designed for the failure that matters. If Zest is ever unreachable, your guests still get online — the portal fails open. Connectivity comes first.
No. 02
Price & billing
£20 per site, per month, plus VAT — every feature included, and more venues simply multiply the twenty. There's no setup fee, and no other line to find. The arithmetic is on the pricing page.
You pay by card, monthly in advance, and the plan rolls month to month — no contract term, no renewal date to diarise. If the price ever changes, that's a material change to these terms; entry No. 06 says how you'd hear about it.
No. 03
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. The plan rolls month to month, so cancelling simply makes the current month your last: service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops, and there's nothing further to pay.
Before you go, export your guest list — it downloads as a CSV any time, and it's yours to keep. After cancellation, the guest records Zest holds for your venue are deleted. We think that's the only respectable thing to do with them, but it does mean the export can't wait until afterwards.
No. 04
Your data & your guests' data
Guests who sign in at your venue are your guests. Under UK GDPR your venue is the data controller for the guest data collected through your portal, and Netmo is the data processor, handling that data only on your instructions. A data-processing agreement forms part of the service relationship — the paperwork version of this entry.
The product is built so the controller's duties are light work: consent wording is versioned, so every record shows exactly what each guest agreed to and when; the marketing opt-in is always its own tick; retention windows are set per venue, with every deletion noted in the log; erasure takes two clicks and reaches connected marketing tools, and erased guests can't creep back onto the list; subject-access exports are one click; and your whole list downloads as a CSV any time.
The list is yours and stays yours: guest lists are kept per venue, never pooled across customers, and never used by Netmo for its own purposes. The same line is drawn in our privacy notice.
No. 05
Fair use & responsibilities
Your side is short. Keep what you publish through your portal — the images, the offers, the words guests read — lawful and yours to publish. And send marketing only to guests who've opted in: the sync only ever hands those guests to your tools, and the same rule is yours to keep wherever you email from.
Ours is written down too. Netmo keeps the platform running, monitored and secured in the ways the security page describes, handles your guests' data only on your instructions, and answers when you write — within one working day.
No. 06
Changes & contact
These terms will be revised as the service grows — that's what the version number is for. When something material changes, existing customers are told; nothing important gets slipped in quietly. The current version always lives at this address, dated below.
Questions, or a line that doesn't seem clear? Email hello@netmo.it — a person reads it and replies within one working day. We'd rather explain a term before you sign up than have you squint at it after.
